Leaving town to the Georgian border at Lagodekhi a few miles from town as well as by a small airfield. We have enjoyed the hospitality of the locals in Azerbaijan. They have been very friendly as well as helpful.
I went next door to another hotel which was much taller and to the roof top bar to take night time photos of the city of Baku.
In the distance from the roof top of the hotel next door you can see the colors of the Flame Towers changing.
